About Money and Mirth
I know what money is, WTF is 'mirth'?
Money and Mirth began in trading and crypto communities but gradually expanded into something broader.
These days it sits somewhere between markets, finance, media analysis, behavioural psychology, internet culture, and trying to understand why modern systems so often behave differently from the explanations wrapped around them.
Some of the content leans analytical. Some of it leans satirical. Some of it disappears into strange territory for a while before returning to something practical again.
That’s intentional.
One side of the ecosystem focuses on projects like Propillo, a UK mortgage and property finance platform built around lender behaviour, underwriting interpretation, and how borrowing decisions are actually made in the real world.
Another side explores broader questions around incentives, narratives, media systems, market psychology, and modern behavioural environments through projects like The Human Simulation.
Money and Mirth sits somewhere in the middle of all that.
Anyway, thanks for visiting.
